Reenactor and Vendor Information — Echoes of Valor 2026

Echoes of Valor invites reenactors and vendors to take part in one of Northwest Ohio’s most immersive World War II living history experiences. This section provides all of the key details you need to participate, whether you intend to portray a historical persona or operate a vendor space during the event. 

Event Dates

Echoes of Valor 2026 will take place:

  • April 17 — School Day / Education Day

  • April 18–19 — Open to the public 

Reenactor Participation

Reenactors of all levels are encouraged to participate in Echoes of Valor, both to bring history to life and to support the educational mission of the event. 

Requirements:

  • A completed waiver form is required for all reenactors. These forms can be emailed in advance to Command@frontline-events.org or signed on site at check-in. 

  • Reenactors must adhere to the Reenactor Code of Conduct, which outlines expectations for safety, historical accuracy, and respectful engagement with visitors and fellow participants. 

What to Expect as a Reenactor:

  • Participate in immersive encampments portraying soldiers, medics, support personnel, and civilians from World War II. 

  • Engage with the public through demonstrations, displays, and scheduled battle reenactments. 

  • Be part of a dynamic event designed to educate school groups on Friday and welcome families and history enthusiasts on Saturday and Sunday.

Vendor Participation

Echoes of Valor offers opportunities for food vendors and flea market style vendors to engage with visitors throughout the weekend. 

Vendor Requirements:

  • All vendors must complete a waiver form to participate. These can be emailed to Command@frontline-events.org or completed on site at check-in. 

  • Vendors are expected to comply with the Vendor Code of Conduct, which supports a safe, organized, and visitor-friendly environment for all event participants. 

Vendor Fees:

  • Food Vendors: $25 per day 

  • Electricity (if needed): $10 per day 

  • Flea Market Style Vendors: $15 for the full event 

  • Electricity (if needed): $10 per day 

What Vendors Can Expect:

  • Opportunities to sell food, merchandise, crafts, antiques, and other items to a steady stream of visitors throughout the weekend. 

  • Access to a broad audience including families, history enthusiasts, reenactors, and educational groups attending Echoes of Valor. 

Check-In and Event Arrival

Check-in for both reenactors and vendors will be available on site at AuGlaize Village. Completed forms may be submitted prior to the event or at sign-in. More detailed arrival instructions and check-in times will be provided as planning continues.
